First you have to talk to Lowe who is in the archery store in Varrok. It takes a while for the information he gives you to come up, so be patient.

Lowe tells you he has a friend on the outskirts of Catherby, so teleport there. Head north east past all of the buildings until you reach a hut with a set of stairs in it. In here is Lowe's friend, talk to him. Once again it will take a moment to pop up. He will tell you that he needs 50 iron bars.

Next teleport to yanille, and make sure you have a pickaxe with you. Head north east out of the gate until you reach a mining spot. Mine around 100 iron ore, as when you refine them about half of them will fail and disappear.

When you have your iron ore either teleport or run back to yanille. Take some un-noted iron ore and go to the building just south of the Yanille bank. Use your iron ore with the small furnace in the northern corner of the building. (If you do not get 50 iron bars from your ore, go and mine two times as much ore as you need bars.)

When this is done take your 50 iron bars from your bank in note form. Then teleport once again to Catherby and go talk to Lowe's friend once more. He will give you a bone shard and an enchanted gem. Use the bone shard on the enchanted gem.

You will be teleported to the "crystal" dragon, and will have to kill it until you get an elf crystal, a crystal seed, and some smithing knowledge. After you have these three items teleport once again to varrok.

When you are there go a little east from Varrok square. When you see the armor store just north of Lowe's store go in and talk to Horvik. He will take your three items and make you a New Crystal Bow.

Congratulations! You now have the most powerful bow in Dynastyscape and have conquered The Crystal Dragon!
